  • Live privates allow for hands on help with alignment so your body feels what is needed.
  • Zoom privates are recorded for client replay.
  • Both formats are focused and effective 
  • Work through a full body routine (Pilates and yoga)

I thoroughly enjoyed Niedra’s course “Fascia Release”. This course was meticulously put together and excellently delivered with great attention to details.

Niedra is an exceptional teacher, experienced, knowledgeable, very articulated and passionate about her work which came across throughout all sessions. She guided us in release in our bodies with care, describing each movement clearly and fluently, the cues she gave were spot on. It was very easy to follow her instruction and to feel how the body is responding to this work.

I was amazed how my body felt after each session: more open, relaxed, lengthened. I enjoyed the experience and will whole-heartily recommend Niedra’s course: each hour was filled with information and she was able to keep my full attention the whole time. In 2018, Niedra introduced me to fascia release using therapy balls to help with some issues I was having with my lower legs. 

Recently, I was having upper back issues, which I have never had before. I went to the chiropractor and the adjustment offered no relief. I was still very uncomfortable when I remembered the therapy balls and figured I had nothing to lose

In less than 20 minutes, I was pretty much pain free and have remained that way for several weeks.

I’ve been practicing Yoga and Pilates regularly for over 20 years.

I am still in absolute shock and awe as to what happened after our amazing session. My hip is still pain free! My back pain is now only in intermittent bursts at certain times. Oddly, my right foot flattened on the top where it had previously been pulling and holding everything.
