Your 7 nights at Finca Luna Nueva Lodge includes 4 choices of accomdation:
- Family Bungalow - 2 bedroom/1 bathroom family bungalow. Bedrooms can be private or shared.
- Private room with bathroom and queen bed
- Casita DeLux - 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, luxury private bungalow with king bed
- Daily AM and PM yoga practices (All level) varied styles and approaches
- Note: Arrival and departure days include one yoga class only.
- Three Farm to table meals a day.
- Joint mobility release work.
- Breath and meditation practices.
- Education on how to use Yoga Locks to charge the nervous system
- Health talks
- Adventure trip to the Children's eternal RainForest
- DOWN TIME: swim in the ozonated pool, jacuzzi, walk in the rainforest trails, rest in a hammock, watch the sloths and climb the bird tower.
- Optional services (additional fee): massage, private sessions, on or off property tours, visit the town of La Fortuna for shopping and restaurants.
Retreat program includes the following activities:
- Finca Luna Nueva Lodge is a rainforest lodge and educational center that offer guests a mix of peace, adventure, and a little bit of luxury. There are miles of hiking trails through the forest, farm, and fields surrounding the lodge.
- The spacious bamboo yoga pavilion is surrounded by tropical flowers and exotic trees and bathed in the sounds and energy of the jungle.
- The retreat center also features a spring-fed and solar-heated pool and jacuzzi.
- The farm-to-table dining features produce and dairy from the regenerative farm. The food is prepared in delicious and delightful ways - many guests come back requesting dishes they enjoyed in prior retreats.
- The lodge neighbors the world-famous Children’s Eternal Rainforest and connects to approximately 250,000 acres of protected rainforest. Finca Luna has worked with partners to purchase land along the Rio Chachagua to create a wildlife corridor to this rainforest. In just a few years many of the native hardwood trees we planted in this corridor are now more than 40 feet tall, vines are forming an above-ground network of plant life, and wildlife is returning.
