FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
You’re the financial superstar of this adventure! All costs, fees, and expenses, including travel to and from Cape Town, are your responsibility. But don’t worry, we promise it’s worth every penny!

Embrace your inner daredevil! You understand that any risks associated with the retreat are yours to conquer. Adventure awaits!

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Niedra Gabriel, Spirit-Moves LLC, Samantha Luis, Bulates Malibu Pilates, Ari Kepler, LLC, and all associated with The Safari Serenity, against any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation. It’s all part of the fun!

PHEW! NOW THAT WE UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER...get ready to embark on the adventure of a lifetime with our Safari Retreat!

To secure your spot, we require a roaring, non-refundable deposit of $500 per person. This deposit ensures your spot in the wild fun ahead and lets us know you agree to all the above! But wait, there's more: by April 30, 2024, we'll need a 50% deposit, with the rest due by July 31, 2024.

Also know that we understand that life happens, and things can change, and we are here to navigate all those surprises together!
